Deposits are required for every appointment, appointments will not be held without a deposit.

Deposits are non refundable but transferable providing we have a minimum 48 hours notice. Your deposit will be lost if amended or cancelled 48 hours or less then the original appointment.

All new colour clients must have a skin test prior to your appointment

You must also have a skin test if

You have had COVID since your last visit

You have not had your hair coloured with us in the last six months

Skin tests must be 48 hours before your appointment if you fail to have a skin test we will not be able to colour your hair

You can pop into the salon during our opening hours for a skin test or book in for a free consultation which we always recommend if you are a new client or having a big change
